Refund policy
We are located in Illinois and ship to domestic USA only at this time. All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in the same condition it was received in, unused, with tags, in its original packaging. We also accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase of the damaged or defective item.
To start a return please complete the Contact form on our website. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using tracking and insurance with your shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are not refundable. If approved, refunds will be provided to original form of payment and will process in 5-8 business days.
